The 135ft (41m) luxury yacht from Global Explorer Yachts currently being constructed in Brazil and due for completion in February 2011, is currently up for sale. When asked about the project Darren Nightingale, the General Manager, had this to say. “The construction process is progressing on time and within budget, and the results are outstanding. With a massive range and excellent sea keeping ability, there are few that can match the performance characteristics of a vessel such as this. The fairing process is well underway with the sun deck and bridge deck completed, and the main deck and hull fairing underway. The entire lower deck carpentry is completed, and the main deck with the Master state room which resembles an apartment, is nearing completion. The electrical cabling is well underway with the exterior cabling now finished. The main engines and generators are on board, and the pumps are currently being installed. The design and space utilization of this vessel will change a lot of views on how a yacht should be put together.”
