While at the Seattle Boat Show I picked up a DVD trailer of The Northwest Passage a documentary by Sprague Theobald, an Emmy-award winning filmmaker, and his crew. He recently completed an arduous five month expedition with his team of professional divers, sailors and filmmakers. His incredible journey all caught on HD film is an inspiration to all boaters (day cruisers and those dreaming to go further).

Sprague aim and experiance at sea may be grand and at times “other worldly”, but it is nice to know that “the biggest treasure Theobald found in the Arctic was his renewed family ties”.
