As a yachting enthusiast, or even perhaps as a yacht owner, chances are you’ve attended quite a few boat shows. You arrive at the show, spend what seems like an eternity finding a parking spot, and after seeing the yachts you came to see, the question arises, “Where do we go from here?” Or simply, “What next?”

Due to its enormous size, and to the somewhat challenging layout of Miami itself, the Miami Boat Show often leaves many attendees frustrated & confused. Yacht Help Desk created this comprehensive & easy-to-follow Link-Guide. Once inside these pages, you’ll be on the inside track to a variety of local restaurants, nightclubs & places of interest, outside the norm.

So let’s begin! First, the details. This year’s show runs from Thursday, Feb 16th, thru Monday, Feb 20th. Secondly, some clarification. Did you realize that the Miami Boat Show actually consists of two major boat shows in one? It’s true! The Miami International Boat Show & Strictly Sail®, is presented at three locations. At the Sea Isle Marina, you’ll find a wide assortment of sportfishers, cruisers & high performance boats. If you’re into sailing, check out the Strictly Sail® display at the Miamarina at Bayside. In need of engines, electronics or marine accessories? Then head over to the Miami Beach Convention Center.

The 24th Annual Yacht & Brokerage Show (“The Superyacht Show”) is free to the public, and stretches along the Indian Creek Waterway, from Collins Ave & 41st St to Collins & 51st. Amidst a world-class presentation of superyachts, express cruisers, pilothouse motoryachts, ocean-going trawlers and more. Speaking of trawlers, this year the north end of the show is dubbed TrawlerPort. Come see long-range cruisers 35 to 90 feet, complimentary presentations, activities and demonstrations celebrating the cruising lifestyle.
